10:30am,  Meet at Cross Creek Nursery greenhouse, Route 92, Manlius, for a presentation followed by a tour of the greenhouse and grounds.  A short business meeting will follow in the greenhouse.  No refreshments.  If desired, bring your own beverage.

"Field Trip to Visit Steve Chamberlains's Extensive Hosta Garden"
9 am meet in the Cazenovia TOPS parking lot for those desiring to car pool, arrive at the Chamberlain house, 105 Academy Street, Manlius.  Driveway parking for 6 cars and street parking for others is readily available.  Dr. Chamberlain  was our speaker last  May.  No refreshments, if desired bring your own beverage.

August 2018
There will be no meeting in August.  Members are encouraged to visit the Horticulture Building at the NY State Fair

The "Miracle of Maple Syrup" and Village Cleanup
11:30am, American Legion, 28 Chenango St, Cazenovia
Calvin Wood of Woodstead Farm, DeRuyter, NY, will discuss tapping maple trees, sap collection, sugaring off and the processing of the delicious treat.  After the meeting, members will clean up the Village plantings.  Please bring tools, gloves, brooms, garbage bags, etc. and dress for work.  Also, please be ready to sign-up for Holiday Sale work.
